Dropshipping in Canada but living as Long Term Resident in Japan

Hi just! My visa is long term resident – my husband is a Nikkeijin, technically, there's no work restrictions. I am working remotely and been a VA for almost 3 yrs before moving in Japan. Right now, my work isn't declared because I am receiving my income thru my home country's bank account. Not paying for health insurance or pension; I am under my husband's health insurance and pension deduction.

Now, I started dropshipping business and targeting Canada market and I am using Shopify payments as gateway, I am receiving Shopify remittance thru my SMBC bank.

I am earning around ¥30,000 at the moment but the gross sales is roughly ¥300,000; what steps should I do next? Go to tax office and inform them about my small online business? I asked this because I'm afraid that my bank will call me and i have to explain with them the nature of my business.

I haven't seen any dropshippers in Japan thread at the moment. 😅 thanks in advance!
