I just started a well-paying position in April at a school after 19 months of post-JET struggle. My mental health has suffered immensely due to housing instability, financial stress, and power harassment from the schools I survived from late 2022 through 2023.
A couple of hours ago, I discovered an ad on gajinpot, from the dispatch company, for the exact job and position at the school I'm at now, starting in September!
Right now, I don't trust ANYONE. Am I off base thinking this is their cowardly way of saying I'm being let go from this position at the end of the school term in Mid July??? I have a one year contract with this company which doesn't expire until 2025.

Sadly, my suspicions were confirmed, and I was given only 2 day's notice. I will be paid out through September. The dispatch company offered to let me interview for another school, but asked if I would consider moving closer for fall semester. And I JUST signed a new housing contract and moved! Should I simply leave the prefecture?
