Hey, all! I ordered something online a couple of months ago and never received the package. Have tried to contact their support multiple times with no answer. Can’t get a refund.
I want to do a chargeback. If I had used my US account there would be no issues, but I used my SMBC account and I’m not sure how chargebacks work here.
Could someone please help me out? Thanks!
