Im open to all advice, but primarily looking at how much can be done on the travel days, and whether kyoto is too rushed.

Thanks for reading, I'm aware we double back on ourselves a couple of times (Shibuya/Harajuku etc) but trying to make the most of opening times.
I've put the Osaka expo in as we'll be there then, so thought It'd be nice to do, but its not essential.
Also, with 2 kids i haven't specified too many shops or any food as it'll never happen that well planned!
