Itinerary for Two Week Trip: Tokyo > Kyoto > Tokyo in Late September

Here is the itinerary I've put together, I'd appreciate any feedback! My husband and I don't like overscheduling our trips (we like to wander) and our shared priority is food and nightlife (I've been recommended Golden Gai but any other suggestions would be great, especially for Kyoto – we generally go out every night while on vacation). Our anniversary falls in the middle of the trip which is why I booked the ryokan, where we will have a private onsen on a balcony overlooking Mt. Fuji.
