Two-Week Kansai/Kanto Solo Trip in September

I'm getting ready for a vacation in two weeks and I think my itinerary is pretty good. It's my third trip to Japan. I'm staying in Kyoto for a week and then Tokyo for a week.

How does it look? Any advice?

Day 1: Arrive in Kyoto station around 9-10, drop off bags at hotel. Go to Fushimi Inari Shrine, maybe Kiyomizudera, Murin-an Garden, or Heian Shrine.

Day 2-3: Osaka days. Try to get into the Pokemon cafe with a no-show (couldn't get a reservation), go to USJ and if possible do Halloween Horror Nights. Den-Den Town, Dotonburi, I'd love to see more of Osaka, so if there are any suggestions besides those touristy things?

Day 4: Nagoya. Have ticket for Ghibli Park. Atsuta-Jingu, downtown Nagoya.

Day 5: Kyoto International Manga and Anime Fair. Downtown Kyoto.

Day 6-7: Open. Day trip to Kobe or Nara? I've done Nara before, but didn't see much besides the park.

Day 8: Shinkansen to Tokyo. Relax in Akihabara/Ueno, maybe go to Ikebukuro for shopping.

Day 9: Shinjuku/Shibuya

Day 10: Day trip Kamakura. There's a blacksmith I want to visit there (claims to be Masamune XXIV, but even if not their prices for hand-forged kitchen knives are really good), visit some temples and shrines. Depending on time, go to Yokohama in the afternoon and see my uncle if he can come in from Oiso.

Day 11: Hakone loop. I could get a hotel somewhere in Kanagawa between Kamakura and Hakone and turn it into a two-day trip through south Kanto? I'd like to do at least part of the Hakone round course and stop at an onsen. Would appreciate any suggestions on how to best manage these two days.

Day 12: Tokyo Games Show, Chiba

Day 13-14: Not completely sure yet, but I'd like to see more places I haven't. At least another day or two around Tokyo?

Day 15: Fly home in the evening.
