  1. Suggestion on your avocado-pitting technique: use the point of the knife where the blade meets the handle like [this](https://youtu.be/OkUorDMhmEM?t=12). I’ve found it makes the job easier, more reliable, and it’s probably better for your knife.

    Sorry the die rolls made for a predictable combo, but I hope you recreate this one when your store has fresh amaebi!
