Luggage Storage for last day in Tokyo before a late flight?

My family and I are visiting in late September and part of our group will be flying out of Haneda Airport late on a Friday night (approx 9:30pm). Since there are five of us, we opted for an Airbnb in Setagaya instead of a hotel since we figured we'd need the space. I wanted to ask if anyone had suggestions for storing luggage/how to travel with luggage before a flight? While me and my husband are flying out earlier on Friday and have less time to kill, my mom and two brothers will be left to figure out what to do with their bags for the majority of their last day. Plus, Japan is only part of a longer trip we have booked for two weeks, and we will most likely have large suitcases on top of carry our on bags–which will definitely be an additional obstacle to deal with.

I know that many train stations offer luggage storage services, which would be convenient, but I've seen lots of people say availability is unreliable and it's better to ask your hotel to store bags. Obviously, we won't really have that option since we're staying at an Airbnb. I've also looked into Yamato transport services and think that's a good option as well, but it seems like we would have to give them our luggage at least a day prior to our flight to ensure it will be at the airport on time? That's not a huge issue or anything, but I wanted to see if anyone had better ideas since I know that my mom, at least, would like to have all her extensive skincare and makeup stuff with her to get ready for the last morning of the trip lol.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!
