I recently bought some land and signed a contract with an architect about building a house here. I'm planning to have central heating and air conditioning for the whole house. I'm curious if anyone else has done this and how much they spend per month on electricity?
In case anyone is interested in the cost, the company estimated around 4-5 million yen to add it to the house.
