Wild boars

I usually go running 1-2 a week in the morning, but for the last couple of weeks there is a wild boar in the forest right next to the road I typically take. Everytime I run by I hear it rummaging and/or grunting (the forest is pretty narrow along it (50-100 feet)). And annoyingly, it seems pretty unbothered by the cars passing by so I am guessing it’ll stay there for a while. I am fairly confident there are no babies with it but I also do not know when they typically have them (assuming they even follow the seasons).

Does anybody have a similar experience? I have gotten pretty annoyed by it and I think I’ll just try taking a different road. Do they ever move by themselves? What would you do?
