Naha – things to do and food recommendations

Hey, I’m visiting Okinawa in October and it’s my partners birthday. We will be staying just in Naha on that day and I was looking for recommendations for fun/unique things to do and also any food recommendations?

We will be doing the tourist stuff on the other days, so I’m mainly looking for fun activities. Her birthday is also the same day as National Karate day, if that helps.
