I'm currently using Sony Sonpo as my car insurance but I'm thinking of changing to Sompo Japan as my Japanese is terrible and Sompo does offer english support in case of accidents. Do any of you use Sompo Japan and what's your experience? I also need to insure the house so I'm tempted to do both through Sompo but the annoying part is that I can't do everything online and signup it seems which is great about Sony Sonpo. Should I just stay with Sony and hope that they will have an english speaker somewhere in case I get in the accident?
