We'll be landing in KIX around 16:00, and plan on buying the ICOCA cards at the airport to get the special "foreigner only" edition. Any idea how long the waiting lines are? I've seen online that the lines can be "long", but have no idea what this means in terms of time. We need to transfer with 1.5 hrs, so I'm trying to determine if the special cards are worth it. (They're so pretty though….).
