Hey people, so I lost something in the hotel that I stayed at a while ago in Kyoto, and I contacted them asking about how the item would be shipped to me, and they told me that the hotel would use a service called “Tumoca Express”. Unfortunately they do not have an estimate on around how much it costs, and for context, the item that I lost is around 3 kg, and 15 cm j length, height, and 4 cm in width. (As well, I live in Canada). Has anyone here used the service, and if so how much did it cost for you?
