Drivers license renewal (after Feb. 2024) without postcard

So, the procedure to renew your drivers has changed since February 2024. You are supposed to make a reservation online using the postcard delivered to your residence. Unfortunately, I misplaced my postcard and can't make a reservation online. (First time renewal)

Has anyone else in Tokyo walked in to renew their license? If so, what are some tips to get it done in one day?

*Edit

If you're renewing your license for the first time, without a postcard, you can't walk in to renew at Kanda. You can only go to Koto, Fuchu, or Samezu

*Edit

I ended up going to Samezu on a Friday to renew my license, and it was easier thatn expected. I arrive at 08:20 and was third in line. People with reservations get to line up first, but I was still able to make it in time for the first lecture (starts at 09:00). You don't need to bring a picture. But in the case that you do, you should select that option when you're at the machine.
