This is how I like ramen. Just ajitsuke tamago, negi, and maybe some menma, with a clean shio or shoyu base, and a fragrant fatty tare.
I realize this bowl doesn’t have menma, I’m just saying
that’s a clean looking bowl, how are you sourcing the noodles
