Winter holidays around Tokyo (but not in Tokyo)

I already spent a lot of time in Tokyo (and in many parts of Japan) and wanted to visit a few places around (max 2 hours by train). It will be for two weeks, and I'm thinking of staying 2-3 days max in the same place before moving to the next. I've already been to Hakone and Enoshima.

I'm considering: Yokohama, Ito, Shizuoka, Atami, Kamakura….

What else could I add to my list?
