Power adapters

Hi Guys,
We are from Australia and traveling to Japan for our first ever trip this September.

Now we are planning to take our Laptops since we are going to stay for almost 2 weeks.

Now as per blogs, vlogs etc we referred, "US Type A" adapter with 2 pins is recommended and even the hotel we are staying has the 2 pin configuration.

I am trying to avoid Temu as much as possible, but it is very hard to find adapters of "US Type A".
What's is commonly available to buy is "US Type B" with three pins.

How did you folks managed to use a Laptop Power Charger Adapter (with 3 pins), against Japanese power points?
Can we buy them once we land?
