There’s also the matter of learning from past mistakes/experience.
If nothing else, the close protection fellas who were actually on the scene that day would be a useful resource, even if they did fuck it up pretty badly.
If the news is anything to go by, they need to seriously reevaluate their use of paranoia and situational awareness.
