What would be the best order to do things each day?

I have posted my itinerary in here before and got some amazing responses to it that helped me improve it, but I'm coming since I've made a few changes and want to know what would be the best order to do things each day. It may be a massive ask, but if anyone is willing to go through the trouble of explaining certain days to me; I'll be really appreciative. I'll be posting only the days that I'm having trouble organising myself

So to start with:
Tokyo, Shinagawa hotel:

Day 2:

• Teamlab planets ✅ (3:30-4pm entrance)
– 1 to 2 hours

• Ginza
– Clothes shopping for the rest of the trip
– Any other stores we see along the way

• Akihabara
– Arcade
– gaming related stuff

Day 4:

• Tokyo tower ❓

• Teamlab borderless ✅ (9 am)

• Shibuya sky ❓

• Betty Smith Ebisu factory

Kyoto:

Day 3:

• Fushimi Inari Shrine (at night)

• Higashiyama area

• Arashiyama area

• Nintendo museum

Osaka:

Day 2:

• hiroshima

• Miyajima
