I know this has been answered many times, but each post seems to have a different answer depending on when it was posted!
I am taking my Vyvanse (30mg, 30 tablets) with me, I have my approval form from Japanese customs all signed and printed, I'm just really confused about what to put down in my declaration. I'm going to complete this on the Visit Japan website before I go as we will have a toddler and tween with us and I want to get through customs ASAP.
Some people say to tick 'yes' in the prohibited articles section, some say no. Some say tick 'yes' in the restricted items section, some say no.
Some say don't tick yes to anything because the amount you are probably taking is less than what needs to be declared, and they got through with no issues at all?
Can someone confirm which is correct? It seems that those who tick yes to either prohibited or restricted end up with confused customs agents and delays.
If I do tick yes in the restricted items, it says that as long as its value is under ¥100,000 it's not necessary?
Can anyone confirm as well, do I need to print off my doctors certificate as well as the approval sent to me?
