Salt Factory rip off

I love salt. And I wanted to support a local Okinawa business. So when I went to the shop at the factory, I purchased many products to bring back as souvenirs. Spending well over US$100. But when I got back home and started using the soy sauce that I purchased at the salt factory, I noticed it had a deceptive air bladder built into it that you cannot see when the bottle is filled, but once you start to pour out some of the soy sauce, you realize that the bladder is filled with air and what looks to be a full bottle of soy sauce is actually about half filled by volume. Please see the picture that I have attached. I was just so disappointed to see this. It’s a deceptive practice that rips off consumers. Especially a consumer with good intentions wanting to support a local Okinawa business. And it also seems to be that in reality it would be more expensive to build a bottle with all this extra plastic Instead of just filling it with the actual soy sauce itself. Had anyone ever seen something like this on any package product? I would just say if you go to the salt factory buyer beware on any product that you may choose to buy.
