Eikaiwa recommendations for non native speakers

Hello,

I'm a non native English speaker, looking for some eikaiwa recommendations, as which are the most likely to hire non native speakers, and offering a decent pay with the ability to evolve in your career?

I hold a TEFL and a Bachelor, I'm working on my IELTS exam too and planning to invest in a CELTA.

With the certifications I mentioned, which eikaiwa is likely to hire this profile? Or it's dead since I'm non native ?
