For those who are waking up and are living in or near Kawagoe (Saitama), be careful, level 5 (out of 5) emergency warning was set due to risk of Kawagoe river overflowing.
A Level 5 alert urges those affected to take steps to protect their lives, even if they cannot safely evacuate, such as by moving to the second floor or higher or finding the nearest possible safe location.
For those living in the center, Meguro river is set at level 4.
