Hello everyone, I am currently a U.S citizen and I want to get citizenship in japan but when I look on the internet all I can find is that you must chose a nationality within 2 years of gaining citizenship. That being said I’m very confused as to if I am able to have dual citizenship or not. If someone can just tell me a clear answer that would be awesome!
