What’s the function of たら here?

I’ve come across these たら and I don’t know exactly their function.

国容議事堂を覚したいんですが、どうしたらいいですか。
・・・・置接行ったらいいですよ。平日はいつでも覚ることができます。

The first one is that したら and the other one is 行ったら, I think I can only catch the meaning of 行ったらas: It’s okay if you go directly.

But I don’t really know if it’s the meaning of it.
