Hello everyone, I’m moving to Tokyo in early October and I’m extremely excited about it! I’m from USA and I’m contemplating purchasing a gaming PC laptop from the states and bringing it over OR if I should purchase it over in Tokyo to save money (and for other benefits), but I have no idea what’s the right move.
I current earn/save USD if that makes a difference (I will be earning yen in October)
The current gaming PC I own was built in 2020 so it’s fairly outdated and I’m not looking for a massive upgrade.
Does anyone know what the right move is? Hopefully I provided enough info here but please tell me if not. And sorry if this isn’t the appropriate subreddit.
