I applied for October intake of Language School.
I got my COE and will be getting my visa in a few weeks. And the dorm i'm going to live, offers the earliest move-in date of 9th Oct but I bought the ticket for 29th September. And the plane will be landing in Osaka KIX airport. So i read something about having to report my address to local office within 7days or 14days.
Im going to live at my friend's place in Osaka for a couple of days. The dorm is in Kyoto. So the question is, do I have to report twice (both Osaka and kyoto) for the address? Or can I just report to Kyoto office although I haven't moved in yet? Thanks for answering.
