Please share your favorite local café for my café hopping journey (somewhere I can work ~3 hours a day with a laptop)

Hello! I know there have been many café-related posts before, but what I'm asking for is (hopefully) a little different.

I recently started working from home and staying in a tiny apartment all day is driving me up the wall. To introduce some color in my monotonous life, I decided to café hop around Tokyo.

My request: please share your favorite local(?) café, preferably with wifi, spacious seats, and a quiet atmosphere. Outlets, food/snacks, and proximity to a train station are a plus, but not required. No Starbucks, Tully's, or other big chains, please.
