I want to buy pump gas to fill a portable tank(which I already have), so I can make mixed fuel for a weed trimmer without spending 500-1000円 per liter on premixed stuff. but when I tried to just buy it at the gasoline stand(a couple of them), I was told by the employees that it wasn't possible. no further explanation, just they couldn't allow it there.
is there a specific kind of gas stand I'm supposed to go to or something? or rules about how it's done that I'm not aware of?
