Which bugs are these? Do I have a problem?

Found some of these dead bugs lying in my oldish wooden house. What should I do with them and who are they?

  1. Well the big one on the left is George, and the rest are probably his family. I guess you can start a bug graveyard for them.

  2. Wood lice. Totally harmless. They eat old wood.

Unless you have a lot of rotting wood and see them everywhere, I wouldn’t worry about it. Get some bug spray and seal any cracks with caulking. Put humidity monitors in damp places and make sure those places dry above 70 percent humidity regularly

I generally scoop them out with a paper towel or hand vacuum

  3. Looks like some kind of isopod. Either woodlice or pull bugs. They are generally not harmful to humans.

  4. They look like pill bugs that were done in by a spider. They aren’t termites, so no harm done to the house. Just clean out that corner.
