My wife has a history of bipolar disorder and she told she was forcibly treated by her family before we married so she not history of the treatment as she don’t want to think about that and get it into that mood
We are married for 3, but in the last 2 days, she's showing by severe mood changes—crying for hours, getting angry, forget to do something like how to operate phone , walking on her own for long time, not sleeping and couple times she said she wants to leave this world. She refuses to go to the hospital and becomes more upset when I suggest it. I'm a foreigner here, staying in Osaka, and our return flight is next week. Should I call an ambulance? Can anyone recommend an English-speaking hospital NHO Osaka is an option ? Please help. I'm desperate.
