Am I overthinking this?

"次会う機会があったらまた2人で会おうね”。This is after a kind of fight, btw. We are childhood friends and I tried to clear up a misunderstanding that I am not interested in hanging out with her(am mentally ill and kind of in REALLY bad place right now, but couldn't convey that very well so I ended up writing a few paragraphs trying to say it and dunno if she really understood it, with me mentioning that it's a sensitive topic and a promise to meet soon and really talk about it instead of doing it in message, which is lack taste and class for this kind of thing. I try really to specify that we would meet up again and discuss it and that we should meet up just the two of us, which I think is the only reason why she put "2人で”。But she kind of ignored it for a day(she's never done that before and even though she said she was busy, she's suddenly ignored it after I started talking about important topic?). Maybe she was just mad when she was telling me the problem(she told me how she felt, kind of), and was ignoring to let out some anger/steam before replying? But anyways I said a bunch of stuff but the response was kind of…. quick? Just a few short sentences of "sorry no reply, busy, if(the if part is what I'm worrying about) we have a chance to meet lets meet again, I got your message and thanks and see you." If it were friends or "知り合い(don't know word)", it would be ok, but we are pretty close decently well get along childhood friend, and know that she will be in a schedule/lifestyle where she has enough time to meet up if she tried(since both live in japan), so her saying "IF we have chance, next time let's meet" instead of "Next time we HAVE chance lets meet" or "Let's meet next time soon/sometime soon/I'll make time, so let's meet/I'll make time next time there's a chance so let's meet soon" means she must have some negativity or misunderstanding left, no? Idk, japan is very context heavy culture and I am confused because mental is bad right now. Thank you for responses and comments.
