Got to try the “lunch Omakase” at Namo in Dallas today. I’m not really well vetted in Omakase but I really enjoyed it. Planning on visiting Japan early next year so I really wanted to experience something that will hopefully at least somewhat resemble the kinds of food I’m going to have while I’m there.
Also, picture 6 is addons not included in the regular omakase (kinmedai and akami)
Favorite bites were the chawanmushi, akami, kinmedai, suzuki, and tachiuo.
