Car repair shop advice

Hi,
I suspect a damaged wheel bearing on my recently purchased Honda N-Box (second hand) and would like a diagnostic (and potentially a repair then).

Are chains like Autobacs qualified for this kind of repair or should I go to a Honda dealership instead ?
