How do I help this new teacher?

I have a rather weird predicament.

I have a new coworker who has recently graduated from uni and has been hired to teach English to kids at our company.
The problem is that she doesn't speak English well. Her listening comprehension is limited, her pronunciation deviates from the words she's trying to say, and her grammar isn't great.

When our department was pointed out issues that could be amended, she tends to fix the target word or sentence, but isn't able to apply the same principles to similar words or sentences.

My other coworker and I have recommended shadowing, speaking and recording her own voice and letting someone else listen to it so that hopefully she can start noticing patterns to keep or drop, and listening to native speakers having conversations.
Is there anything else I could do?

She really wants to teach and I respect that. I'm just extremely worried about exposing students and their parents to a teacher whose skill level is questionable.
