As a foreigner what job should i do in japan? my japanese not that good but still learning

I been rejected from super market baito and dont know what to do they rejected me because of my age (im young) and i was foreigner what job is foreign friendly. Please tell me some recommendations. Im currently thinking working around shinjuku any advice?
