I'm moving to Osaka soon and I've been considering Rakuten mobile for when I need to get my JP number. I've checked their website and seems like they accept credit cards as the payment method. For my first month or so, this wouldn't really be a problem because I have a CC I could use. However, in the long run, I'd rather my payments for the plan be thru my JP Post Bank acc (one I'll be opening as soon as I can since it's required for me to open one).
My question is, can I eventually change my payment method from my CC to my JP Post Bank acc? From what I know, I won't have a debit card for the jp post bank acc (yet), only a cash card; so I'm not sure if this is even possible. Any insight would be appreciated!
