Upscale, Ootoya-like restaurant

Hi all,

I'm looking for an Ootoya-style restaurant in the Nihonbashi area that's more upscale/fancy than Ootoya itself.

I've got some older visitors coming from abroad and am looking for a nice, semi-fancy restaurant where there are lots of different Japanese (but not super traditional) food options.

Any suggestions would be welcome!
