Hello all, I am from South Africa and moved to Japan. I need to get documents signed and stamped by a person that is a commissioner of Oath. Back in South Africa you could get this done for free by a police station, or a friend that you knew, but I see in Japan you have to go to a lawyer to get this done which makes it very expensive. I am in the Kyoto region, anybody have any advice for me on where I can get this done for a cheaper rate? When I was searching SME Japan came up, but it looks like it is only for getting a new company started up, which is not what I wanted, unless I have that wrong. Thanks in advance.
