16 September is a national holiday, will beaches be more crowded

Wondering if I should visit 10-14 Sept but typhoons are forecast

Or 15-18 Sept.. but saw there's a Japanese holiday on 16 and Chinese holiday 15-17 September. Curious how crowded beaches in Okinawa (main Island) get on these dates. Thanks
