How to recycle properly? | just moved to Osaka

Hey all,
I have finally moved to Japan (Osaka) and I love it. I am currently facing some recycling sorting dilemmas in my apartment complex, mainly regarding what goes where.

The apartment complex deals with almost everything, and even gave me three labeled bins:
1. Paper

1. Plastic

2. PET | Can | Bin

everything is super clear on where I put each bag from each bin, schedule, and everything. BUT i simply can't figure out some items, where do they go??
so stuff like:
1. candy wrappers / snacks

1. Food waste

2. bad electronic cables

3. general waste that cannot be recycled??

I looked online everywhere but couldn't find a right answer – so I was hoping you guys can help me out with figuring this out / pointing me to a trusted source for that information.
