Recently received an offer as a buyer, which is completely different from what I am currently doing right now.
Current job salary is actually higher than the new offer, but new offer's office hour is quite flexible, and could travel a lot (which I personally like), with the team basically all gaikokujin so pretty much less lonely. And if there is no travel can actually work from home.
However, current job office hour is basically fixed from 10-19, onsite, 100% Japanese, but im kinda used to it, and people here in my office are quite nice, including my boss, and only 7 people in the office, small kaisha. The job itself is boring, 1% traveling, but it is pretty much the work I did before I move to Japan.
So to sum-up:
- Current job: higher salary, small company with 100% Japanese, onsite, no remote work, less flexible, basically no travel at work
- New offer: totally new career, less pay at the 1st year, small company with 99% Gaikokujin, much flexible office hour, frequent travel in and outside of Japan.
Would like to take opinions from you all, thank you!!!
