Tokyo Only – 5 Day Itinerary (Are we doing too much?)

Hello – I am scheduled to arrive in Narita airport on Sunday, November 24th at 4:30 p.m. and leaving Saturday, November 30th at 6:30 p.m.

A little background:

1.) Traveling from Florida (USA)
2.) Airline – AirCanada
3.) Meeting with family there – Total of 9 adults 3 children
4.) Airbnb – Near Aoto Station
5.) We are all used to walking at least 10k steps a day, but understand it may be more in Tokyo. We plan to find parks or Cafes as resting areas, since we have 3 children with us.

My family has a more relaxed, go with the flow traveling style and I'm more of a medium-structured traveler. It's our first time in Japan, so I asked for their "wishlist" of places to visit, so we can be a little more organized.

I was trying to find an app/website where I can enter all the places we want to visit that will help optimize the route and arrange them based on our 5-day visit. I couldn't find one, please feel free to let me know if you know of any.

Below is a draft of our itinerary. I'm very open to suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Is there a day where we can add The Making of Harry Potter for the 3 family members that want to visit that place? Can we add Odaiba to any of the days, if our itinerary is not already over doing it, of course? Again, I am very open to suggestions.

I didn't list any specific restaurants as we plan to find local gems or use Tabelog when we're there. We're not really interested in Themed Restaurants and especially Animal Cafes, so we hope reservations aren't necessary.
