13 Day Itinerary – confused with 3N plans, please help!

We are traveling in first half of October. We are starting with Haneda and ending at Haneda

Day 1: Travel from Haneda to Osaka (10:20 AM), explore Aquarium, Umeda Sky, River Cruise and other local city (still need to decide)

Day 2: Universal

Day 3: Nara Day Trip + Osaka Exploration

Day 4: Move to Kyoto, explore Arshiyama (train + river cruise + bamboo forrest)

Day 5: Fushimi Inari, Gion City, Kiyojimu Dera, Shirakawa Street

Now things get tricky for us

1. Option 1
   1. Day 6: Kyoto to Takayama Hida View Express, stay in takayama and then take evening train to Tayoma
2. Option 2
   1. Day 6: Kyoto to Shirakawa-go, then to Tayoma
3. Day 7/8 common for both the above option
   1. Day 7: (long travel ahead)
      1. Start 8 AM from Tayoma for Tateyama kurobe alpine route, get off at Nagona.
      2. Take train from Nagona and reach Kawaguchiko, overnight stay
   2. Day 8: Explore Kawaguchiko and overnight stay
4. Option 3
   1. Day 6: (long travel ahead)
      1. Kyoto to Tayoma
      2. Tateyama kurobe alpine route, stay at matsumoto
   2. Day 7: Leave for Kawaguchiko, explore
   3. Day 8: Further explore Kawaguchiko

Day 9: Leave to Tokyo, explore TeamLabs Planets, Shibuya area (sky, crossing, starbucks)

Day 10: Tokyo, Disney Sea

Day 11: Tokyo, TeamLabs Borderless, Ghibli, Akihabara

Day 12: Tokyo Exploration – Shinjuku and still need to decide)

Day 13: Leave from Henada
