I’m going with my family of four(2 adults and 2 teenagers) to Tokyo and I was thinking of staying in Mimaru Ueno North. Looking online, I have seen some posts that it might be in an unsavoury neighbourhood. Is this the case? I was thinking about going in July but I can’t see the prices for that period yet. I can only see that in February it’s around 250 euros a night. Does anybody know how much it will roughly cost in July? I was looking to spend around 150/200 dollars a night so Mimaru Ueno North is already a bit out of my budget, do you have any other suggestions where to stay in Tokyo for a family in an area near the centre?
