What is considered a “good” distance to all the specific areas ?

I’m an incoming exchange student and I got an appartment in Southern Bunkyo, but then I realized that Tokyo is a huge city, since i’m :

• 17 min away from the Ikebukuro station
• 29 min away from the Shinjuku station
• 32 min away from the Shibuya station
• 26 min away from the Akihabara station
• 39 min away from the Roppongi station.
  (according to google maps)

Is it considered a good distance for Tokyo? or not the best? I have no idea lol, i’m just curious anyways

if that can help, the closest metro lines I have are the Yurakucho Line and the Marunouchi Line !
