Was planning on going to Tokyo on the 31st but Typhoon 10 is expected to the cause Tokaido Shinkansen line to shut down. Do any of you know if it possible to get a full refund in this situation?
I had to cancel the hotel reservation too so there's no point in shifting the dates.
