An excellent omakase by Chef Miki who was since left Shunji in Santa Monica, CA. The service is done in individual private room with 6 people to a Chef. The knife work was precise, the fish was flavorful and he perfect temperature. I look forward to where Chef Miki ends up but also hopefully will score a seat with main Chef Shunji Nakao next time.
