Klook pass became a nightmare

Hello guys,

I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks in order to communicate correctly with someone with some sense from Klook. I booked 2 pass for Kyoto with 3 Activites in July. My trip was in September.

I was quite surprised to see that no activity were available during that time excluding 1. I couldn't book any other activities and didn't know that no activity were going to be available by the end of the 30 day validity ( I logged in like everyday to see and no availability 2 months before)

The support of Klook has not been understanding my situation that I couldn't book any other activities and said the 30 days passed. Well, I understand but they didn't mention that the activities weren't available.

I would look to know if anyone had a similar case, because the support team isn't cooperative and don't want to understand, they closed like 6 chats without any explanation.

If it would be possible if I can ask for a chargeback from my bank, or anything. Thanks you.
